A fire-breathing hippo car, Space Gnomes DJ tower, and a giant solar powered tricycle wowed the crowds Friday night as part of Beakerhead, hosted by the League of Extraordinary Albertans.

Bow to Bluff is an independent citizen initiative to create great public spaces in Calgary. Our innovative engagement process helped people re-imagine the public corridor along the Sunnyside LRT line from the Bow River to McHugh Bluff, and was adopted by the City in 2012 to help transform their engagement processes. Bow to Bluff won the Canadian Institute of Planners New and Emerging Initiatives award in 2013.
